Panel Configuration: Two large recessed panels formed from single-sheet mild steel plate (typically 2–3 mm thick), pressed or welded into a rigid frame to resist denting, warping, and forced entry attempts. The recessed design adds structural depth, improves stiffness, and reduces material weight without sacrificing strength.
Frame & Reinforcement: Perimeter box-section frame (e.g., 50×50 mm or 60×40 mm RHS) with internal stiffeners and gussets at hinge/latch zones for maximum torsional rigidity and longevity under frequent use.
Hardware Integration: Heavy-duty industrial hinges (welded or bolted barrel/piano-style, rated for high-cycle operation), central latch/hasp system compatible with padlocks, mortice locks, or panic bars (depending on final specification), plus optional closer arm brackets visible in the top extension.
