Project Description
Champion Steel Concept offers versatile, high-strength perimeter solutions that combine security, aesthetics, and practicality for Nigeria's urban and suburban environments. This dual-component project showcases our capability to produce coordinated modular panels tailored to different functional needs within the same boundary system.
Crisscross Lattice Panels (Black Finish):
Design: Welded grid of intersecting diagonal and horizontal/vertical bars forming prominent X-patterns — a modern take on traditional lattice fencing that provides excellent rigidity, anti-climb deterrence (due to angled members), and an open structure allowing airflow, natural light, and partial visibility for monitoring.
Construction: Heavy-gauge mild steel round/square bars (typically 16–25 mm diameter), full-penetration MIG welding at all intersections for maximum joint strength, with reinforced perimeter frames to resist impact and warping.
Finish: Shot-blasted surface preparation, zinc-rich primer, and durable matte black polyester powder coating — superior resistance to rust, UV fading, and abrasion in dusty, rainy Abuja conditions.
Horizontal Slat/Louver Screen (Maroon Finish):
Design: Parallel horizontal bars/slats spaced for controlled privacy (blocking direct line-of-sight while permitting ventilation and a sense of openness), often used as wall-top extensions, standalone screens, or infill for block walls.
Construction: Rigid frame with evenly spaced horizontal members, welded securely to vertical supports; designed to reduce wind load, dust ingress, and noise while maintaining a contemporary horizontal emphasis.
