ChampionSteel Concept crafted this eye-catching decorative steel gate panel as part of a larger entrance or perimeter system. The design masterfully blends modern laser-cut artistry with traditional panel styling, creating a gate that feels both contemporary and timeless.
The standout feature is the lower section’s intricate repeating floral motif — delicate daisy-shaped cut-outs that allow light and airflow while maintaining privacy and security. Above this, the upper panels feature clean, raised rectangular designs with recessed centers, giving depth and a structured architectural look. The entire piece is fabricated from thick mild steel plate, ensuring it can withstand daily use and Nigeria’s challenging weather conditions.
Currently shown in its natural rust-brown oxidized state (before final surface preparation and coating), the gate already displays beautiful texture and character. Once fully treated and painted (typically in black, bronze, or two-tone with gold accents), it will achieve a premium, long-lasting finish.

Fabrication Process

Every floral cut-out is carefully deburred for a smooth finish. Challenges Overcome
Large cut-out panels must remain structurally sound while looking light and artistic. We achieved this by strategically placing internal supports behind the decorative sections. The floral pattern was optimized to allow good ventilation (important in hot climates) without compromising security or strength.
