Captured on April 7, 2017, from an overhead perspective during the assembly phase, the stand features a tall, ladder-integrated steel framework with horizontal platforms, vertical supports, and diagonal cross-bracing to distribute weight evenly and enhance seismic resistance. The structure hoists a cylindrical black polyethylene or fiberglass tank (commonly used for water in Nigerian households) to a height that facilitates gravity-fed distribution, positioned adjacent to a beige residential building with windows and a paved driveway where a blue sedan is parked beneath.
